Unfriendly staff, the food was almost eatable, dirty bathrooms.
Do not order the chicken, it is disgusting!
And they really overcharge for the water (1.5L uncooled Pet-bottle = 12.50.- )response / report this review -

The view on the restaurant's terrace is great. Hotel is between thun and interlaken so i could imagine people would find the location quite nice for various activities. The rooms are clean but quite small and old fasioned. Nearby is a park for a relax walk and some other restaurants.

Es acogedor y el trato es muy profesional. Las vistas al lago son muy bellas, mas aun debera ser en verano ya que tiene terraza. Son autemticos italianos en esta pizzeria. No es para todos los bolsillos, lo mas barato seria 18e la pizza margarita y 40e el vino mas barato

Location is great, situated directly at the Thunersee. A 10 minutes walk or less from the Thuner schloss. It has a nice restaurant with great terrace. The room we stayed in had a great view over the lake. The room itself was a little bit outdated, but we slept fine. You should not mind being woke up by church bells.

Perfectly located. Had a room with large terrace with magical lake and mountain views. Food was perfect in a large restaurant. Staff very friendly. Booked for 3 nights but enjoyed extending to 6 nights.
