Would say was my worst experience in Europe. So expensive yet no services. Staff won't even respond. No cleaning of room was done for 3 days. Even toilet papers weren't available. They won't lend you even a spoon. No wifi, and breakfast was additional too and was not good at all. Won't suggest to anyone.

Nice old hotel, decent rooms, great central location. We truly enjoyed our stay in Wegen

Very disappointed with this hotel I had to travel 800 miles to get there but my motorcycle broke down 700 miles into the journey. After calling the hotel in plenty of time the staff were very rude and simply didn't care they cancelled the room and charged me full price plus cancellation fee. I am not happy I later found out they resold the room £470 for a room I didn't stay in what a rip off

My review is just for the restaurant. Really wanted to try an authentic Swiss restaurant, our first time in Switzerland. Fondu, of course, was a must try. Our Dutch friend said it was pretty good, but for us, it was way too salty. The soup, salad and pasta were all pretty good. I guess it takes a little bit of getting use to the salty flavors of Swiss food (the German sausage we had at lunch was also very salty)!

Clean rooms but leaning a bit toward feature overload. Helpful and accommodating staff, though the desk person also works the back office and restaurant. Showers were terrible with wildly variable temps, if you could get heat at all.

We only visited the restaurant, not the hotel itself, but the did and service were good, even if it was a little dingy.

Good for extreme budget. Prefer Apart/Residence to main hotel. Requested and got nice view of Jungfrau! Overall good!

Hotel is overall ok for the price/quality. Nice staff, but no soap in a shower, pillows and duvets are uncomfortable. Food in their reststourant is a disaster. We took Wildboar and Hirschpfeffer - do not order!

Economical and the location was easy from train station. We were in the residence Aparthotel and were expecting a kitchen, but just a fridge is all in our room. There was a beautiful view of the church and the alps, but bushes were overgrown and blocked it. Neat town would stay again.

Was looking for the cheapest location in the Jungfrau area for a single room.
+ The room was small, but quite. And very cozy. They even gave a teddy bear in a room: the first time I see a joy in a hotel! Was a pleasant surprise.
    - they charge for wifi
    - additional 12CHF for breakfast that imho doesn't worth it
    - if you don't like cheese smell, better avoid that place - the Swiss restaurant is on the first floor
+ the restaurant itself is nice! Delicious food, very very nice stuff, and prices are the same as anywhere in Swiss. For some dishes even can considered as cheap

Wanted even to stay for an additional night
