Cozy. Clean. Very well located. Small room but with everything needed workimg. Nice and complete buffet breakfast.

Hotel staff was nice. Breakfast was meager, the bathroom in the room was very stinky and mouldy! Not acceptable. Consider installing bathroom fans and upgrading to tile flooring. Not sure what the current material is but it is a bit absorbent and seems to trap smells. Very noisy as well, could hear everything from the hallway and adjacent rooms all night. Not a good sleep. Bad mattress.

This hotel is located on a narrow street. Hotel is average.. just used it for sleeping purposes. There is no variety in breakfast. It's always going to be the same. Staff was very and nice and helpful

A nice hotel in the middle of Zurich with decent rooms at (for the area) decent rates. There are some things to know in that the rooms do not have air conditioning and the floor of our room was somewhat dirty. Having stayed there I would probably not go back.

Rooms were neat, clean, and well stocked with the usual supplies. The included breakfast consisted of a nice selection of pastries and several spreads (cheese, butter, jams, hazelnut, etc), some meats, orange juice, coffe/espresso/tea, cereal, and yogurt. Staff was friendly and the receptionist spoke conversational english.

Great location, close to the train station, shops and restaurants. Staff are friendly and happy to help. Though rooms are basic and without air-conditioning they are clean and comfortable.

Our room had stained floors, stained bed sheets and active mold growth in the shower. We asked for another room but was told the only rooms available would be on the smoking floor. If I were to return to Zurich I would pay the fifty to a hundred dollars more a night and stay in a better hotel.

Ideal location, nice staff. However Room was not very clean, and the family room was unsafe with apparent not-protected electric cables under one of the beds.

Awesome hotel, the free breakfast is amazing and the staff is extremely kind. If I went back to Zurich, I would stay here again.
