  Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Hotelleitung ermöglicht erholsamen Aufenthalt.
  Zimmer: sehr schön, sauber, mit guten Betten und mit Balkon.
  Essen: ausgezeichnet und vielseitig; auch vegane Mahlzeiten.
  Weinkarte: top
  Personal: sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent in der Beratung.

  Zimmer tip top sauber und schön ,das Frühstück super. Sehr nettes Personal wie auch das Hotelier Paar. Das Abendessen im Restaurant der Hammer! Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

  Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et reposant dans une chambre pour 3 personnes (2 parents + ma fille de 16ans). Au premier étage, propre, clair calme, lit confortable
  Le service sur des petits détails (adaptateurs de prise ..) est à la hauteur et le spa/hamman est très propre et confortable et très accessible (peu de monde).
  Manque peut être une chaine française sur la TV.
  On reviendra dès que possible

  This is a wonderful family owned hotel! The staff was superb, the room clean and spacious and, the view of the Matterhorn simply stunning! Steam room, sauna and jet tubs all included for your enjoyment and relaxation. Fabulous fine dining restaurant as well. This is Swissflair!

  We had a great time in Zermatt and were fairly statisfied with our hotel here.very clean rooms and cozy too. We had great views to the Matterhorn. Location is great too. Just a few mintues from the shops and the train stop.
