  Nice location with a beautiful view on the golf but not a 2017 5 stars according to me. Needs to be fully renovated, not home-staged like it has been these last years. Even though I know interior design is a matter of taste. But no bathrobes and slippers in the room, hot water under the shower is taking minutes to reach the shower head, some cracks on the walls here and there, holes and stains in the curtains etc. Must have been the top of the resort a few decades ago but not anymore. Staff is very nice and professional.

  Un emplacement au bord du golf, sa terrasse arrière donnant sur le Golf en plein soleil. Personnel à l'écoute des clients et le service impeccable.

  Service médiocre. Hôtel défraîchi, chambre vétuste. Le manque d'infrastructures au SPA est également chagrinant pour un 5 étoiles. Le petit déjeuner manques cruellement de folie avec le stricte minimum et rien d'autre. Mon expérience négative fut clairement renforcé quand j'ai récupéré ma voiture que j'avais donner la veille à garer au voiturier et qu'il me l'a rendu accidenté. L'hôtel n'a pas voulu faire marcher son assurance et j'ai donc dû prendre à ma charge les réparations. Si vous voulez passer de bonnes vacances à Crans, passez votre chemin, il y a des 3 étoiles bien mieux que ce 5 étoiles

  Nous avons passé une magnifique soirée St. Valentin, un week-end magique.
  Un repas de St. Valentin três bien élaboré.
  Accueil personnel indiscutable.

  A little dull on the outside but definitely makes up for it from the plush interiors , well furnished public spaces and elegant hallways. Polite and professional staff available for any query. We had booked the place for our graduation dinner and the venue lived up to its expectations.

  This hotel and his general manager Francois Rielle is very unkind and unpolite ,service is very bad and I don't recommend to stay there.Rooms is uncomfortable,shower broken ,toilet uncleen.To stay there is most bad trip in my life.
