Good location but cheap for a reason. Right next to train station and yes they run allll night. Random decore. Like an ibis stuck in 1976

Great location minutes from train station and cheap for switzerland. Rooms offering shared bathrooms and toilets aren't the best; it's much like having a private room in a cheap hostel. Spend the extra to have your own. Breakfast is simple and filling, as expected.

Everything's expensive in Switzerland. In view of that, this hotel is probably good value. It's about 50m (really) from the train station, in an attractive area. It's not especially stylish/attractive, but it is scrupulously clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I stayed in a single room without a toilet (just a sink), and the WC was down the hall. I didn't appreciate that the nearest showers were three floors up, but I dealt with it. The curtains were thin, so I struggled to continue sleeping after the sun came up, and the sound insulation from the hallways was so-so. The breakfast was typical European cheap stuff (unappealing fruit, decent coffee, a few acceptable pastries, etc.), but OK.
