Arrival was very welcoming (also love the pre-arrival email giving half-board option at their restaurant). The reception provided a lot of information, passes and maps. The hotel is very traditional with physical unique keys, traditional lifts and rooms. Bed is comfortable, not forgetting the spectacular mountain view which I was not expecting. An additional nice touch was the visit by hotel staff to distribute chocolates and short stories. One downside is the lack of power points (the only one I found was at the floor near the door, which was quite an awkward position to charge devices). Tip for travelers: You have the option to walk to the hotel (10min from the main station) or arrange for a pickup. Be sure to collect the free activity pass and Glacier 3000 discount pass (the activity pass also grants free bus rides such as to col-du-pillion station where you can take the lift up to Glacier 3000, a must-go in Les Diablerets).

A nice hotel with very welcoming staff. Service and quality of the food really stand out! That said, the rooms seem a little dated and feel much more 3 stars than 4 stars. I went there for a conference and I am not sure if we were given cheaper rooms or some scaled down service, but it also seemed rooms were not hoovered on a daily basis, as there were nail clippings from the previous inhabitant on the floor in front of the bathroom and these remained throughout my 5-night stay (I left them there as part of an 'experiment'; to their credit, I did not complain and am sure they would have rectified this immediately).

I used your hotel for a Gordon Research Conference, and for this purpose the hotel functioned extremely well. The greatest assets of the hotel are its gorgeous location and the wonderful staff (who are happy to help with every small detail, are very accommodating and who greet you with a smile every time you come to the front desk). Breakfasts were superb. The food served at lunch and dinner was OK, but a bit lack lustre - rather uninspired three course sit-down meals. One has the feeling that this menu is served at every Gordon conference (as these often occur back-to-back at the hotel), with the level of enthusiasm in the kitchen reflecting the monotony of the culinary situation that the chef faces over many weeks. I would recommend having a buffet instead - that way people can compose their own meals. However I fully understand that budgetary restrictions imposed by the conference fees have probably forced this on you and that normally your food is somewhat better. The room where I stayed wasn't luxurious but was very comfortable all the same and had a much appreciated balcony. The room felt like a small apartment with a sofa, an armchair and a coffee table. Nice! The bed was also very comfortable. Overall my stay was very pleasant and apart from the conference I had a chance to go on a number of wonderful long walks with old friends in the surrounding mountains, many straight from the hotel. This is something I appreciated very much. Thanks for a very nice stay!

Nice hotel for vacation. Friendly staff and clean room. No air-conditioning in the room so might be too warm for certain days. Three-course dinner is satisfactory but needs more variety.

Eurotel Victoria Les Diablerets has the most experienced and accommodating staff. While the views and hotel are beautiful in and of themselves, the hotel staff really made my experience fantastic. The hotel was spotless, be it in the dining room to the pool to my room. As a vegetarian, the cooking staff were always trying to improve their vegetarian meals. The hotel is close to a number of great hiking trails and access to the glacier. I took advantage of the hotel trip to Chillon Castle. The hotel provided lunch and transportation, which was so convenient! I would be ready to recommend Eurotel Victoria to anyone visiting Les Diablerets!

The entire hotel staff was courteous and very welcoming. I had a great room with an amazing view. I really appreciated the little touches in the room -- bamboo in the bathroom, chocolates on the pillow, and turn-down service every evening! The location was top notch, as well. :)

The Eurotel Victoria in Les Diablerets is superb in every respect. The staff are outstanding, welcoming, knowledgeable and kind, always going the extra distance to help out. From the outside the hotel is stunning and beautifully situated, being very close to the town, which has an excellent bar in the MTB and a couple of very nice places to eat (we liked the L'Ormonan for casual dining and very good Chinese food) and within walking distance to the ski lifts. The views of the mountains are magnificent. Inside it is typically Swiss with great ambience and some lovely touches. The rooms are large, very well equipped with great beds, masses of storage and everything you could possibly want on a skiing holiday. I stay in a lot of top-end business hotels around the world and the Eurotel was as good as any, better than most and had none of the corporate brand-conscious stuffiness of many. Oh yes - the wi-fi was hassle free and fast, and there was a good mini-bar and safe!
Which reminds me that the equipment (ski/boots, etc) storage area was excellent too - warm, comfortable and with boots warmers/driers.
We opted for breakfast only and the food was excellent, plentiful, fresh, varied and well-presented by very good staff. We did stay for dinner one evening and had an outstanding 4-course meal that included a great Raclette. I was so impressed with the croutons in the salad, that I mentioned them to the lovely Alexandra and was delighted when, a day or so after I arrived home, she emailed the recipe, having asked the chef. Special thanks and a shout-out to Franck Coriou who is probably the best Front Office Manager I've met in many many years of travel.
Great team, great hotel, great food, great village and good prices - what more could you want for a holiday (or business) hotel? All the best wishes to all concerned.

From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted warmly by the front desk staff. Our room was ideal for families with a separate room and bathroom for the children. Our little ones loved the pool area, exploring the snow carousel and skiing up on the Isenau mountain. In the evening, we enjoyed a delicious 5-course dinner accompanied by excellent Swiss wines. We recommend the hotel highly and cannot wait for our next visit!

My husband and I enjoyed our first stay at this excellent hotel with some of our family and grandchildren
The team made us feel very welcome and the dining was superb, the rooms spacious and proximity to the Meillerets slopes easy.

We appreciated the organised toboggan evening, and St. Valentine's evening marvellous buffet.

and we shall return with pleasure.
