Delightful hotel with plenty of parking and close enough to the highway to be convenient but far enough to be quiet. Breathtaking views over the charming town of Chxbres and a mouthwatering selection of local wineries and restaurants within easy reach. Beautifully appointed rooms with balconies and an excellent breakfast. Highly recommended.

The location is brilliant with a particular highlight being the restaurant. You will not be able to understand what I mean until you experience the view, food and service as a whole package. I sure you the photo does not do it justice. Regards an Aussie abroad far away from his smashed avo and flat whites.

Excellent location with great view but, terrible management and very poor architectural design. Management shouldn't accept other hotel guests if they are having a special event like a wedding. We couldn't sleep until 4am because of the noise from the wedding guests. Poor architectural design --- food smell all night everywhere --- very very poor ventilation. Fish smell gave us headaches. We will NEVER return to this hotel.

Plenty of room and a fantastic view of Lake Geneva. Our room had two beds, plethora of pillows and two TVs. Free parking in front of the hotel. Overall a pretty good stay.

The Préalpina is a nice hotel, beautifully situated over Lake Geneva. The view from the lake-side rooms is stunning, the rooms spacious and modern, having undergone a recent renovation it seems.
The breakfast is rich, and the breakfast room, especially on a nice day where one can sit outside, is a real treat.
It seems quite popular for conferences and events, and it was in that context I was there. The catering for the event was very good, and food was good.
