  very friendly and helpful receptionist. We came 1/2 hour late but she waited for us.
  room and toilett clean. bed a bit narrow but comfortable enough. breakfast ok.
  lift did not work but receptionist had informed us that in advance. can recomend this hotel.

  Best hotel & restaurant in Gstaad. Friendly and helpful staff who speak English, French, Italian, German, Portuguese and more! Prices are absolutely the best value for money you will encounter across the whole of Switzerland and that's not an exaggeration. If you have respect for yourself have the roast beef ;) heaven on a plate! Cosy and quiet rooms, located in the heart of Gstaad. Train station is literally 2min away. If you're deciding where to stay or go for a hearty delicious meal, absolutely no question, Victoria every time! Merci Schon :)

  Une très bonne adresse à gstaad. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Les indigènes y déjeunent c'en est la preuve. Très bon plat du jour et bonnes pizzas.

  Das Restaurant hat einen schnellen und freundlichen Service. Das Essen ist so naja, die Pizza kommt schnell geliefert aber ist sehr fettig.
