  The best grilled meat I've tasted in Switzerland. Also the best (home-grown) wine I've tasted in Switzerland. Madame Flora is the sweetest lady I've ever met, and I am constantly looking forward to my next visit there.
  
  It's so good, I eat myself into a stupor every time. Go here, relax, and get pampered. Dear God, it's good.

  Absolutely delicious food and wine. Great, personal service. Amazing atmosphere. Loved everything about it, since I didn't have to pay myself - that however would have put a dent in my pocket

  One of the best Grottos for meat. The staff is very friendly and the grotto feels like someone's home. It also has the best Tiramisu that I've ever tried.

  After our stay the hotel cancelled the booking as "No show" via booking,com, obviously to avoid paying fees to the booking provider. This is why 1 star other than that it is a lovely place in a calm environment. 20 mins to reach by bus 436 from the main station. Please note it isn't just a bed and breakfast, it has a reastaurant too and there was a birthday party all night that was really loud and long lasting. Probably just our 'luck', other than that fine, I just wish they weren't cheaters.

  I loved the atmosphere in general, the decorations, the hosts and especially the food!! This is a real authentic local restaurant in a cozy and familiar setting. Can't wait to go back for more!!

  Great family restaurant atmosphere. Very good service. Great value. Excellent ribs, salad, polenta, sorbet. Will return soon. Great grotto option in Lugano. Indoor seating in the winter, outdoor in the summer.
