My wife and I have had nine holidays in Saas-Fee, six of which have been at the Sport Hotel because it is clean, comfortable and has a relaxed atmosphere. This is due to the very hospitable owners, Alexia and Christoph, both of whom speak exceptionally good English.
The meals are of a high standard and Swiss speciallities most enjoyable. Typical of small Swiss hotels, choice for dinner is limmited, but on the rare occasion that this was not suitable, an alternative has been offered or the cost allowed against the restaurant menu.
All the rooms are comfortably furnished, but it is worth upgrading to one with a south facing balcony for the spectacular view.
Not to be missed are Christoph's walks which although sometimes incurring a small charge for transport, food and drink, represent extremely good value and are very informative.
The proof of my satisfaction with this hotel is that I am looking foreward to my next stay.response / report this review
