Clouds bar is situated on the last floor of Prime Tower in the Hardbrücke area. You can easily get here by train: it is only 2 minutes by train from the Zurich Main Train Station (Zurich HB).

The entrance is from the back side of the tower and it is well marked. The elevator brings you to the last floor of the Prime Tower just in a minute. On the whole, the bar is nice for drinks, even though the prices are more expensive than in other bars in Zurich. But you get a very nice view for free.

Try to find a cozy place closer to the window, so that you can enjoy the view over Zurich. On nice days you even got to see the mountains. In the evening the view is nice as well, as it has all the lights around.

Clouds really takes you to the sky. Amazing view, excellent decor and superb staff and the food was beyond delicious. The service provided was excellent and a big thank you to our wonderful main waiter Michaela M. for being so nice and also so knowledgeable about the menu. Everything she suggested was extraordinary and we will for sure be back.

Great view, nice service. A tad more expensive than your average bar or coffee place, but within reason for a place like this. Nice atmosphere and luckily, not snobby or conceited at all -- very normal crowd.

It's a 4 because the service was erratic both times I was there. Once for dinner. The food was very well presented and tasty. Once for drinks. The Flora Dora is great if you like gin. The best view of the city and mountains in the distance. Lovely at sunset.

Finally you can see Zurich from Level 35

If you are from places like Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai or any other city with bars and restaurants in the clouds - that's the place to go in Zurich to have an amazing view of the City. Me as a Swiss who grew up in the greater Zurich area but spent the last 12 over years in Singapore/APAC, the bar, bistro, restaurants in the Prime Tower are "prime" places to visit.

You will see and recognise how small the big World City of Zurich actually is.

The restaurant is very unique and elegant. The service was beyond perfection! (Served by Huwang) it's the best in Switzerland. Food is delicious! overall very amazing and worth the visit. I would definitely come again

We come here regularly, unfortunately the quality of the restaurant somehow decreased. E.g. today we had as a business lunch "fish & chips" (!) which did not impressed us by its quality. The staff also is not that professional as it used to be, they forgot our main meal order and then brought just one dessert instead of two ordered desserts

The only place in Zürich that will offer you such views (make sure you are there for the sunset)!The panorama of the northern stretch of the Alps is absolutely breathtaking (weather permitting).
The food quality-price ratio is excellent (comparing to similar restaurants in the city), the place simply does not take its location for granted.
Good selection of wines and the adjacent bar with knowledgable staff; although expensive, will prepare any cocktail you like (whisky sour!!!). All in all wonderful one time experience yet I keep coming back:)

Definitely worth the visit for the newcomers!

If you are a group of five and one person in the group does not have a big appetite and would like to order only a starter, the responsible manager will ask you to order one main course per person or to leave their restaurant. That is exactly what happened to us, even though with the lacking main course our actual meal order was at the level of 470CHF. We had to order one more main course, paid roughly 550CHF for the group, left the restaurant after the meal not to come back again. Avoid going to such restaurants with short sighted policies.

Nothing special in terms of decor / atmosphere, central city style bar but with a 35th floor view of Zurich, which is cool. 8 - 9chf for a beer. Good service.
