  Great place to stay, the staff are always friendly and accommodating. The rooms are well maintained, clean and well setup, and also include free softdrinks. The location of the hotel is perfect - central and within a 3 min walk to the train station (great if you are in a rush). And finally the restaurant is exactly what you need after a long day. Good Spanish inspired menu for lunch and dinner, with a very impressive buffet breakfast. 10/10.

  Our stay in Cascada Hotel was a welcome surprise in our recent European holiday! They have certain wonderful touches and additional perks that make the guests feel taken care of well. And the breakfast, it is superb! We love the variety, quality, presentation & personality/helpfulness of servers. Best breakfast in our entire recent European trip :) Will definitely recommend to our friends and gladly come back should we visit Lucerne again :)

  We arrived from Milan via boat and walked to the hotel. Were pleasantly surprised to find an older building that had been refurbished so carefully and with such nice attention to detail. The rooms have all been updated to a very modern feel with each room named after a waterfall in Switzerland, with a QR code in the room linking to information on the fall that the room had been named after. Everything in the room worked perfectly. We had an upgrade which meant more space but the basic room would have been more than adequate. The breakfast was the best of our three week trip. We only stayed a night but would definitely plan to stay again.

  Very much enjoyed our stay, especially the very attentive and helpful service we received from the staff. Easy walking distance to Lucerne's historic old town. Dinner at Bolero was a highlight and the kids loved going into the kitchen to put together their own ice cream cups. While this is not per se a family hotel, it's definitely a good place to stay with kids.

  Always enjoy my stay here. I stay here eben though other places are much closer to my office. The breakfast is great, the rooms are clean, staff is super friendly and professional. Yes, the rooms are small and the wifi could be better but I still always love staying here. I like that you get free access to the One gym across the street and free mini bar. Overall, always great experience. Thanks!!

  Old building. Neat rooms. No character to the hotel as such. All great reviews about staff etc are inaccurate. People either do not have any standards or are just too gullible. This is at best a three star hotel and there is nothing special about it at all. Location is ok about 10 min walk from the train station (it's not next to the station as the hotel describes on its website)

  It's 3 star hotel. Place feels like homely stay with good hospitality. Staff is always smiling and treat you well. Breakfast is good. Should allow 24 hrs check inn

  rooms were quite good.
  the only thing which bothers me was the time when i tried to check in at 12:15 PM and they said room is not yet ready and cleaning is going on and you may check in only up to 03:00 PM.
  breakfast was good and over all they keep their environment very tidy and clean.

  The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, the rooms were exceptionally clean and the restaurant, Bolero, was so good we ate dinner there and breakfast everymorning. Highly recommend!

  Loved staying with you peeps! Lovely hospitality, especially the breakfast was amazing. Neat, clean, helpful, always smiling staff, excellent location near Train station, good ambience in all a perfect spot for a vacation. Would definitely recommend others for stay.
