These people are complete thieves. Expedia booked me for 11 days instead of 1, I contacted Swiss star 5 minutes after booking and they insisted on charging the full amount and not adjusting my booking to one day.

Despite 2 weeks advanced notice, as well as their staff and management being made aware of the error hours before they woke up (I booked at 3am), payment and booking finalization happened after they were aware of this, and they still are choosing weeks later to attempt to steal from me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

Cockroaches in bedrooms, bathroom and fridge. Bar is directly below apartment and very loud from 2000hrs until 0500. No A/C available, and no fans either so we were forced to try to sleep with the windows open to try and get some sort of airflow - resulting in a cigarette smoke filled bedroom. The balcony smelt strongly of urine. Would not recommend, would not go again.

One of the worst customer care services I have ever seen: we booked two apartments and they only left the key for one (or the box where the keys were left wasn't working properly, as they now say). A friend of mine and myself need to look for a hotel to sleep in and now the don't want to give us our money back because they say the keys where in the box.

To noizy, experienced my personal belongings being moved from one apartment to another without my consent and knowledge. Then found strangers in my room with my personal belongings.
