Schön gelegenes, nicht ganz günstiges Kaffee am Rand der Appenzeller Altstadt mit hübscher Terrasse, Blick zum Kloster und auf die Sitterbrücke.

Hatten im schönen Fonduekeller ein sehr leckeres Fondue . Die Auswahl an Fondue ist gross .Wir entschieden uns für eines mit einheimischen Wiskey und eines mit Kräuter. Des Weiteren war die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend inkl. der Weinempfehlung . Kommen gerne wieder.

Die lokation und die Qualität ist immer super. Ich bin jedes mal von neuem begeistert. Die Auswahl an Fondue ist abwechslungsreich.

My husband, daughter and myself had the privilege of staying at the Adler in Appenzell. We were in Switzerland for 3 weeks and this hotel, the wonderful owner and his wonderful staff are just amazing. They helped us plan our days, told the best places to eat, the hotel is in the prime spot for a hotel in old town, the breakfast is amazing, our room was just amazing, very Swiss- just perfect!!!! Beautiful patio to enjoy the view and a drink. They even did some laundry for us. I can not recommend this hotel enough!
