The top. Camping lay-out is perfect. Restaurant very friendly and of good quality. All staff are very professional and the area is full of things to do. Even a paradise for our dog..

    What a beautifully kept campsite
. Stunning location on the lake
. Shower facilities are large & ultra modern
. As you would expect the site is spotless
    . Good quality restaurant
. Very helpful and friendly staff
, loads of things to do
. Bike, kayak and boat hire
. Close to the town, if you want to visit
. Great location to start and alp pass tours.
. A well stocked shop, but expensive.

I arrived without a booking, this was not a issue. A very lovely tall blonde woman was at reception and within minutes a young lad had taken me to my pitch.

After a great shower I walked around the very popular site and the beauty of it blew me away,

I then tried the food in the restaurant, this was a very tasty Swiss dish and presented well but expensive. This with two large beers was nearly €40.

The only downside is the cost of everything, I paid €27 for a small tent and motorcycle. But it is Switzerland I suppose.

I would definitely return, but bring my own food and drink next time.

Definitely a 5-star camping! Here you can find everything you need: friendly staff, a small shop, playground for kids and clean sanitary facilities. Although it's a family camping, we felt comfortable even without kids. Through the playground for kids, the camping area itself is rather quiet and one can perfectly relax.
    Definitely recommended!

Customer service is exceptional (reception, shop, and restaurant) perfect location. The facilities are excellent and very clean. Aarag tries to cater for everyone and do it well. I have stayed here twice and it has been the best experience.

Although with modern facilities and with great proximity to the lake, the camp site is too crowded and dense. The pedestrian level street lights don't turn off at night and you can easily hear your next door neighbour both day and night.

Back for the second time. One of the best campings there is.

Probably one of the nicest sites I've been to. Very well maintained, very good shower/toilet facilities and excellent location by the side of the lake. Aaregg restaurant and bar staff were friendly overall we had an excellent stay. One small thing is the local airfield tends to send military jets up at about 8am so be ready for that 😉

Superb campsite and wonderful hosts Marcel and Sussana they just could not do enough. Was one of the first British people there since advertising with the Caravan Club, and can honestly recommend it to others.
I would also like to say the whole Swiss vignette thing, is so easy, quick pain free, just get it at the border crossing no forms just " how would you like to pay"
Will certainly return to Aaregg this summer
