  Ideally located along the beautiful Lake Kivu, the hotel actually stole my idea of connecting 2 blocks with a tunnel running under the Beach Avenue.
  Very secured location with UN offices on either side.
  The new block on the other side of the road is definitely beautiful and artistically designed with Gym, sauna, swimming pool banquet hall and beautifully designed rooms.
  The Reception is also attractive.
  If you are a steak lover, then you must try it here.

  Mauvais hôtel. Bruyant. Staff impoli, sans courtoisie, stupide etc. Ne retournerai plus jamais la bas. Le pire c'est assez cher et on n'offre rien.
