I stayed here last year, and found it very noisy, with paper-thin walls. The bed was new and very comfortable, the large property is, or could be, very beautiful, and the couple who own and run it work very hard, but it needs a lot of work, a huge investment of money and time, and I wouldn't go back, except for the bird-watching.

My husband stayed here Aug 11th and 12th as he was visiting the area for family reunion. This place is old and disgusting should be stripped of old smelly carpets , drapes and beds. I have thrown out better furniture than what you offer and the cheap spray that you use to mask the odor doesnt work ! You charged $316.40 for two nights and no refund if we cancel you should be ashamed of this dump and I intend to send the board of health there this week ! Do not ever stay here a tent is better.

Very small room with two double beds. Flat screen TV mounted to the wall, small fridge, coffee maker, floor fan, and AC even though we visited in winter. Full bathroom. The shower water pressure was fantastic! Room was drab bit seemed clean enough. We didn't spend much time in the room. Whole motel seems a little sketchy but better than many.

I have stayed at this motel many times and it is wonderful. The rooms are clean and updated. The owners are very friendly and help full.
The view is gorgeous, right on the Trent River.
The location is close to town for great convenience.
