These guys are the best! Used to come here regularly back when I’d bust my phone all the time. Hadn’t visited in years, went in this week because I was sure I needed to replace my charging port. They suggested I just have it cleaned first, which did the trick and costed half the price. And I couldn’t pass up a new battery for $50! I’ve never gone to Apple for maintenance since discovering these guys, and I never will!

Great service! Was thankful to have them in my neighborhood. My charger broke and part of it was stuck in my iPhone and I couldn't get it out myself. They removed it and cleaned the portal and now it charges even better.

Best place ever! Their prices are very good and their service is really fast. I brought my own screen and they replaced it free of charge. Really nice because i’m always destroying phone and don’t want to pay the excruciatingly high prices at apple.

Great service!
I went in last year to replace my hard drive cable and they fixed it with ease, and contacted me very frequently with updates. It recently broke again and the warranty was out by 1 month but they replaced the cable free of charge!

Great service, friendly & knowledgeable staff.
Would recommend.

I was very pleased with their service really. I left my computer or diagnosis, and after diagnosis I decided not to get it repaired. And I was in a hurry to get the computer, which was in their other office at the time I went there. Linsey, the manager managed to get my computer to Pickering the next day, where I needed it, because I was unable to do that myself. I was amazed how helpful she was even though I didnot get any service from them.

I bought a charger cord and charger block for an iPhone 6 on May 1st from the Yonge and Eglinton location around 2:30pm - I was with my 4 children, returned the block only at 2:35pm remembering that I already have a block. Employee said there was no way to issue a refund and took my email address for an e transfer. I waited 2 days no e transfer called employee said they would fix it. Waited 2 days here we are and I have to speak with a manger. Don’t come here for chargers they cost $20 and you can get one at th gas station for much less and no hassle. I guess that’s the standard in that neighbourhood.

Excellent service. I have used them a number of times. They are honest: if they cannot fix something or if it is not worth it they will let you know. They did not charge me for the time they spent trying to solve a problem, when in the end, it could not be fixed.
