James and crew are very responsive, very punctual and ensure the piano and the house are taken care of. Couldn't ask for better service. From the quote to responding to inquires very prompt and professional. Would highly recommend for a piano move.

We just had these guys move a piano from my brothers house to my house. They were extremely professional and clean. They showed up on time and moved the piano safely with no issues at all. Would highly recommend them! Very pleased with the overall experience.

I just had James Shin Piano Mover move my upright piano from North York to East York and he was extremely careful and efficient. He has a detailed request form that gives you an almost instant quote. He was able to schedule me quickly thereafter, responded immediately to texts, was very polite, respectful and most importantly, his crew took very good care of my piano. I highly recommend his services.

They moved my large upright grand piano. James responded to my inquiry in a very timely manner and I was able to schedule a pick-up within 3 days of the call. They were quick and efficient and I highly recommend their services.

James and his team were prompt (early, in fact). They were polite and communicated efficiently with us. From the pickup from the original home to delivery to our home, it was done swiftly but safely. The piano was well protected during the delivery. The team was honest/upfront with all details and made the process so easy! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience from beginning to end with Piano Inside, and their movers Andrew, Tony, and Zoe! I received quick responses and clear answers to all of my inquiries. The cost of the long distance move of my piano was very reasonable. They were kind and courteous, and provided amazing service with their very evident skill in moving my piano with care and efficiency.

James and his team were very efficient in moving an older upright piano from my parent’s place to my condo unit a couple of months ago. I was afraid that I was a bit optimistic with my estimate timing with the pick-up and elevator time slot booking but James was right on time and had everything done within the hour of the scheduled pick-up. There were also some issues with my condo that day in regards to some repair work and an elevator being repaired that morning but he maneuvered through them without any extra charge. Highly recommended and will have him come back to tune the piano. Thanks James!

I've gone back to James several times for piano moving over the years, and I've never been disappointed. This past fall, James moved an upright piano for us, and was prompt and professional. And the rates are very reasonable. There was never any doubt about the care and quality of the work. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again, or recommend him to friends.

James and his team did an excellent job moving our piano from one floor to another. He was prompt and arrived with a crew of three other team members to do the job. They were able to move our upright piano down a very narrow flight of stairs and took great care to wrap the piano and lay down mats for protection. From the moment we contacted him with our inquiry he was professional, responsive, on-time and efficient, and demonstrated clear knowledge and experience in this very specialized work. We highly recommend him and would hire him again for any future moves. And we've already contacted him again to have him tune up our piano in time for the holiday caroling!

They worked perfectly and quickly as the professional team. However only one thing I regret that I did not ask. It was about the place where the piano is now. It should be little more left side. It was absolutely my fault. I highly recommend this service for everybody who has a piano. Thanks again. I wish your success!!
