We decided to order the other day from all the "hype" and try out the new place. Picked up order to avoid delivery hassles and longer wait. Pizza was very dry, for lack of a better word. Hardly any sauce, cheese was over cooked and dry and the bottom of pizza was also too overcooked for what I like. Not black but dark,dry and crunchy. Reminded me of the frozen stuff you buy from a store. Hope it was just a one time thing but not willing to waste my money to find out.

I was very disappointed in product and service. I realize the date 4/20 is significant in the weed world and this may cause delays in the food service industry. However, one hour for 2 panzarotties is 2 long
The place was highly recommended to me by many but I was very dissatisfied when I got home 10 minutes later, one of them was totally inflated
My wife and I began to eat anyways. To our disappointment there was was very little meat as discribed. Debs panz had all the onions and peppers in one end and 3/4” dough on top with some cheese and 1/2” dough on the bottom it was like a dough sandwich
I was offered a $10 discount on my next order. Big deal. Other customers that picked up orders while I was there were offered future discounts on future orders for having burnt centres in their pizza
I hope these young fellows work out their problems soon

Man.. apart from the phenomenal pizza.. I would drive hours upon hours for some that old school customer service!!. Where do you even find happy people anymore? Received my order with smile.. you guys are my heros. Thanks for dinner boys!

My husband and I just ordered the gambler and royal with cheese for delivery. All I can say is wow! We were not disappointed! Our pizza was hot out of the oven, so much cheese and toppings! It was all very very delicious. Keep up the good work guys!!

Bomb! Perfect amount toppings distributed evenly on the perfect amount of cheese with a none acidic and tastey pizza sauce. Loved it and will be ordering again! I am all horned up over Zed's pizza

I was so excited to come try your pizza because of everyone raving online about how good it is! I live the other side of town decided to drive down around two in the afternoon to find out you guys open at four?! What is this non sense hahaha why must you open so late I was so sad I right wanna try your food but you should consider maybe opening earlier like lunchtime please and thanks hahaha ❤ sincerely one HANGRY ass bitch😂

Tonight was the first time we ordered from Zeds. It won't be the last either.
First off i went in to pick up. They were prompt and said hello right away.
After i paid I had my toddler with me and Craig offered to bring the pizza to my truck. To me going that extra step was great.
The pizza itself was good too. Lots of cheese and toppings. The sauce was nice along with a very nice thin crust. A great experience!response / report this review -

Was dissatisfied with the pizza we ordered last night. It was tasteless and what was supposed to be a 30 minutes wait turned out to be an hour. No apology or compensation at all. Will not be getting pizza from there again.

I’m an advocate for supporting local, and I also have the luxury of living next door to this establishment. Both my husband and I have ordered pizza from there (waiting longer than an hour for pizzas each time we’ve ordered). Unfortunately with living next door comes conflict. This establishment has signs stating they will tow if people park in their lot (including mirror mirror which we’ve also supported in the past as well) and sometimes people who come to visit our apartment complex happen to park there regardless (not under our control either). This happened last night, and as we were thing to leave (also want to note the individuals who were parked there were there for no longer than 20 mins) they parked their truck behind us (which is beyond passive aggressive if you ask me- I say this because they watch it their window and you can KINDLY ask them to move). Our friend went into the store, and apologized for not reading the signs, and stated it won’t happen again and kindly asked them to move their truck. The man working said okay no problem. We waited 8 minutes thinking no worries they’re helping customers (turns out, only one was waiting in the store and no other cars around) after this wait, I went inside and asked once again. The owner was snappy, and stated there’s signs ect ect explains he had called tow trucks and the police. To my disbelief he continued to be quite rude, and came out to once again explain this. Our friend apologized once again stating it won’t happen again, but it wasn’t good enough for these owners. All I can say is not only is the pizza wait too long (I can order from Pizza Hut, toppers or dominos and wait less than this establishment that is NEXT DOOR) but there customer service and passive aggressiveness has turned me off and left a beyond sour taste in my mouth. There is better ways to handle situations, and rudeness isn’t one of them.

Zeds Panzzeria is amazing!!! And they delivered out Arthur street past 20th!! Hardly anyone in town does!!

Pizza for all the hype was good but nothing spectacular. Biggest piss off was I called to preorder knowing you are busy so I called at 4:00pm requesting my order for 5:30pm pickup this past Friday and when we arrived we had to wait for an addition hour for our order as you didn’t even have it in the oven until 6:15. You would think being an hour late some form of a discount would be offered but you even charged for a pop while we waited.

Just picked up our pizza and I must say it was one of the best pizzas I have had along with great customer service and great prices, as well pizza was ready very quick. Definitely recommend and definitely a must visit again. Can’t wait to try the panzerotti. Thanks Zed!!!

We ordered a pizza at 545pm and the pizza showed up at 730pm, cold and falling apart, also missing part of the order.. We had to warm it up in the oven just to enjoy it. Pretty good but wasn't worth the wait.

The pizza was okay. I've had pizza from all around north America and this place was at best at par with what should be expected. Nothing special though that's for sure. Typical thin crust floppy pizza. 6/10 at best
