A unique place for lounging and eatry with friends and family. Kettle Nachos and Tornado Wrap topped my list with their uniqueness in flavour and serving. Definitely recommend this place as a must have experience is Milton.

It was horrible. I went with a group of coworkers and our kids tonight. Here’s a few things that happened/didn’t happen:
1. I ordered plain pancakes for my 2 year old. Upon paying, I saw that I was charged $14 for tutti fruitti pancakes. I had a conversation with the waitress about not being told I would be charged for tutti fruitti or receiving any fruit. I was not willing to pay for something I did not receive. Her response: “yeah there’s no way to put it in the system as just plain pancakes so I just chose tutti fruitti. Do you want me to ask if I can do something about it?”ummm yes! She ended up giving me 15% off my whole meal. Ok I guess.
2. The waitress never once checked on anyone to see how our meals were or if we needed anything. When I approached her at the counter she was watching YouTube on her iPad.
3. My order. I ordered the beef skewers and asked to replace the fries with a salad. I am allergic to onions which I told her. No onions on the skewer or salad please, and dressing on the side. 30 minutes later my meal comes with onions covering it. I had to call the waitress over and said “I’m really sorry but I’m allergic to onions” to which she replied “i know”. I had to tell her that the green things on top of my meal were onions. She asked me if I wanted her to take it back. Seriously?? She brought it back and said to me that they took the onions off. No new meal, just scraped off the onions. I just looked at her. I ended up taking the tortilla off the skewers that had the onions on it and tried to eat what was left. 3 skewers. 2 with the driest beef I’ve ever had at a restaurant and 1 with 5 small vegetables on it. For $18!!
4. After paying I realized I never got my salad. I mentioned it to the waitress and again was met with a blank stare. I asked her to pack it up for me so I could take it home. I reminded her again, no onions, and I asked for the dressing on the side. 10 minutes go by and she brings me a small container and the dressing. I opened up the container and there was dressing on it. So once again I had to send it back. Then the girl and a guy were arguing about it right in front of me. 10 minutes go by again and a third person comes over to me, hands me the salad and says “here you go” and walks away.
No one once apologized to me for any of the things that happened. They don’t seem to care about the customers. And throughout our 2.5 hour stay there, no one else came into the restaurant. That alone says a lot. Suffice it to say I will not be returning, and will be warning everyone I know about the bad food and horrible customer service.response / report this review -

The relaxed ambience with tantalizingly delicious food, you cannot go wrong with this restaurant. Employees are there to suggest the best dishes that positively impacts the customer. Would definitely visit again!
