Really enjoy this place so far. Pizza has the best cheese pull in the city (don't ever change that, it's hard to find on a pizza, even after it's delivered and partially cooled off by the time it arrives) crust is cooked thoroughly, and when the pizza has lots of toppings the crust holds up pretty well without getting soggy and floppy. Side dishes are delicious. One time we got half an order of cheese balls instead of a full order.that's my only issue thus far. Great service otherwise.

Rave kokas pizza !! I had a large order for today at 1 not only did they have to open early to make my order they also delivered the pizzas themselves . It was perfect timing nice and hot and of course delicious!! Delivered with big smiles ! My guest were very pleased ! I recommend them for pizza and for parties ! Thank you kokas !

We've ordered 2x now- 1st time with pizzas (we ordered larges but the size is more like a med/lg rather than a true large, cheese seemed a little sparse but love that they give you 4 toppings option!) and wings (large sized and skin is fried perfectly).
2nd time with 3 panzos (no sauce at all on the inside, a smallish cup of cold non meat sauce on the side and 4 topping choice), wings (perfect), garlic bread w cheese (w 4 slices), chicken fingers & fries (5 lg pieces on a bed of batter coated fries--delicious and only $10) all for just over $60! We will definitely be ordering from there again. It's the only pizza place we all agree on! �response / report this review -

i order the pizza and combo #6 and i must say everything from the pizza to the wings were so amazingly delicious. the service and the speed was amazing as well, i normally don't agree with a delivery charge but in this case i will agree with it ordered pizza at 420pm and was at my door at 440pm were else are you going to get delicious pizza and wings and being delivered to your door under 20min. i normally have to wait 45 min for my pizza but that under half the time and i was very pleased and very happy customer. i will definitely order there again 5/5 stars rating for me

We ordered 2 large pizzas and a pound of wings. Delivery was super fast, but pizza was overcooked. Most of the toppings were burnt. When we opened the box we couldn't believe that the cooks would let a pizza go out the door looking like that. Still tasted ok, but based on that experience, not the best

Ordered the 20.99$ Special which includes a 1 large, 4 toppings pizza and 1lb of wings (we got the hot tequila lime-yum). The crust isn't super fluffy or thick but its not too thin either, just somewhere right in between. Cheese/sauce ratio was on point. Delivery was super speedy (extra 3$). Only disappointment was that they don't offer salami as a topping All in all absolutely a great deal and yummy food!

Ordered pizza, wings & pop. Pizza was absolutely perfect. Honestly, I have got to say the best I've had. Wings were also great! Many flavor of sauce to pick from. Top it off, great prices for quality food I must say! Pizza is life. �

Been a few times since they have opened. The wings are AMAZING, and the pizza is awesome too! The prices are great, and the people there make it the place to GO!!! Take a look inside! It's BEAUTIFUL! and the owner, pretty awesome guy too! Exchanged some ideas together about party platters. BEST PLACE IN TOWN!

Pizza was incredible best pizza I've had in Chatham, the workers weren't in the best mood which is why I only gave it 4 stars. Other than that amazing pizza!
