I took my son to Rite Bite. They didn't price gouge and had an affordable payment plan that I can afford on my fixed income
Shame on Wilk and Wilk for expecting a single mom on fixed income to pay $1500 down before even treating my son and outrageous unaffordable monthly payments. The cost was also $6800. It's all about the money and not a child's self-esteem or well being with you people.
I was also treated differently once they found out I'm on fixed income. Made me feel second class. Awful experience.
The owner's upkeep of their fancy yachts and lifestyle is more important than a little boy crying because the kids were making fun of his teeth and his mother couldn't afford a $1500.00 down payment which exceeds her entire monthly income. The public needs to know about this and go to Rite Bite. Shame on you.
Rite Bite didn't require a down payment and monthly payments are only $181.They also started his braces on the day of consultation. Rite Bite does it right.response / report this review -

Great experience. The staff are super friendly and very understanding. My daughter has autism and they were soo patient with her. They informed me of everything she needed done and a quote for how much it's going to cost. I only give 4 stars as the wait was a bit long when we arrived and it's hard to keep my daughter waiting. Also the price is a little much but they did provide options for payments after the initial down payment.

I’ve had 2 of my kids get braces from Wilk & Wilk in Cambridge, Ontario and the staff and owners are nothing short of amazing. They explained the entire process ahead of time with both which were different. Getting braces wasn’t an easy decision due to
cost however we’ve never questioned it since making the decision to get them braces due to their professionalism, service pre, during and post braces. My oldest is very happy w her teeth today and my son is currently wearing his and has had no issues. They are all courteous, happy and always make a visit to their office a positive one for our family. I would recommend Wilk & Wilk to everyone. 🦷 🪥 😃response / report this review -

The entire team at Wilk & Wilk are always pleasant and professional. Everything is explained clearly with each visit. We are very confident that our children are in good hands. Our first child has completed her orthodontic treatment and we are very happy with the outcome. Our second child has been monitored for a couple of years now as we wait for the right time to begin treatment.

Wilk & Wilk is very professional and supportive practice. Both doctors are understanding of patients who may have challenges and are more than willing to accommodate special requests. For example, my daughter doesn’t like to have the chair adjusted while she is sitting in it and so, notes are made and followed to ensure the chair is in the right position before she lies down on it. She loves that she can be comfortable and that her preferences are respected.
Everyone in this practice goes the extra mile to ensure success. Both of my children have had braces through Wilk & Wilk and their experiences with Wilk & Wilk have been top notch. Great process; great smiles!response / report this review
