Products (PIRM and Measurement Manager) are not tested. Clients do most of the testing when they use the software. The company needs cashflow and has a tendency to promise everything to accommodate but due to lack of resources, income and old technology it cannot keep up. After 20 years the company is still more or less a start up in need of billable hours coming out of development/projects. Literally the main server sits in the dressing room.
