  A knowledgeable, kind, and talented teacher (he's almost done teacher training for middle/high school kids too) with so many great, entertaining stories. We will be back for more lessons from Peter!

  I would highly recommend the services of Peter the Pasta Boy. We were a group of 10 co-workers learning to cook over Zoom and it was so much fun!! Peter kept us engaged, laughing and cooking. He gave us great cooking tips, where to shop ideas and stories of his travels. His set up allows you to see each step in the pasta making process. My family loved it so much I made more the following day! Thank you Peter…I look forward to future cooking adventures!

  I took Peter's fresh pasta making class at Kitsilano Community Center and loved it! He was an entertaining and supportive teacher, and I left the class feeling confident I could make fresh pasta at home. My family loved the egg noodles I brought home that night and prepared with the fresh tomato sauce Peter showed me how to make. I will definitely be taking more of Peter's classes in the future!

  Gifted Peter's fresh egg pasta class to my pasta-loving partner for Christmas and it was an absolute treat. First of all, Peter was very strict with COVID protocols and adhering to food safe which was greatly appreciated. The pasta was incredible (we've already made it again!) and Peter was a joy to welcome into our home. I couldn't recommend the experience more 😍

  I gifted my family a gnocchi making class for Christmas with Peter in 2017. We had such a blast and I eagerly awaited the email for the next class. When it did, I jumped on it and I was able to gift the pasta making class for this Christmas. We had so much fun leaning invaluable skills from Peter and words of wisdom from Nonna. Peter took his time to make sure each and everyone of us was learning the steps and skills to produce beautiful pasta dough and turning it into fettuccine. He showed us how make a simple and delicious Pomodorro sauce. I highly recommend this class as it was enjoyable and very educational. Thank you so much Peter for sharing what you love!
