The absolute worst dining experience Ive ever had. I hope the owner and or manager reads or replies to this.

Today Nov 22nd at 3pm I came into White Spot with a friend. We waited over 7 minutes at the front to be seated. NOT A SINGLE EMPLOYEE IN SIGHT. This has happened once before to us as well in the past. There were max 5 guests at the restaurant at this time it was quiet but Ive never seen a restaurant that has a sign that says please wait to be seated than make you wait that long. It was so bad my friend walked to the back near the kitchen before someone came finally came out and seated us.

2. After apologizing the young lady brought us our water and menus and told us our server will be with us shortly. They even brought a plate of fries (albeit somewhat cold and under cooked) as a nice gesture. Our was placed around 315pm.

3. We waited over 25 mins for 2 burger meals. Not once after placing our order did someone tell us about delayed wait or check our table for drinks etc. Finally at 3:45 a full half hour of placing our order my friend asked the same lady who was nearby how long our food would take as not a single other customer had entered the establishment since we had arrived. It does not take over half an hour to make a burger and fries.

4. The manager comes out and aplogizes for the wait and brings us our food. I should have recorded or taken pictures of the food. Without any exaggeration the burgers were over cooked and buns were burnt and rock hard. We told manager at this point this is unacceptable and is said she wpuld comp our entire meals which we declined. 3:48pm we walk out the restaurant. Not a single proper explanation or proper apology. Horrible service. This white spot has the worst service out of all the chains. The owners or managers need to have a serious look into customer service.

Edible food, horrible wait, no apologies. We were a table of eight so I knew that it would be a bit longer to get out food but 45-60 minutes was too long no matter what. Even after I brought it to staff there were no apologies from what I could only assume was the manager. The food itself was ok, nothing to write home about. Nothing close to what I was used to at White Spot. 2 1/2 hrs from sitting down to getting the bill. I will never go back.

Slow service, adequate food, but great for kids and families. Went most recently with my niece, who loves it. Food was fine - nothing terrible, but nothing to write home about. Service slower than most places.

The AC is so strong that it is hard to enjoy meals and also price is too high for family dining restaurant.

My wife and I went there for breakfast. We were seated by a less than friendly hostess. We sat for 15 minutes and the server never came. We were seated at a table in the middle of the restaurant, so it's not like we were invisible. After 15 minutes and 4 servers not coming by to even ask us if we wanted a coffee, we left. While leaving, the hostess told us to have a nice day. I told her that it would have been nice if we even got a cup of coffee. She said she wad sorry, but didn't even make the effort to inquire what the problem was. All I can say is: If you hate your job that much, find another one. The staff were unfriendly and the service non-existent.

Good food quality. Quick Service and Great Customer Service. Good local restaurant. On the busy nights the kitchen can get backed up a bit but it is a popular local restaurant just check Google for the busy times.

There is a hostess named Tera S. there who is one of the best servers I've ever had. Very courteous and polite. Always checked up on us. Burgers were good. Men's bathroom was a little messy on the counter. Parking was good.

Everytime I go here I end up talking to the manager. Food doesn't taste like other white spots and takes forever. Charged for stuff we ordered but never received. Had to go next door to shoppers to buy a drink since our server never brought them. Manager is super nice and helpful but the staff and food sucks donkey balls.

This is a very nice little restaurant in Surrey. We had a bad time due to a table of very raucous and noisy farmers sitting a few tables away that were drinking quite heavily and getting quite rowdy. Staff seemed fine with most of the other tables in the restaurant eyeing the riff raff with a, please STFU look. The restaurant performed fine from a food and beverage standpoint, and perhaps I was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Either way, it's a well run White Spot despite potential for annoying, over-served rowdies.

Stood at the counter waiting to be seated. There was no staff in sight, I waited for 5 minutes before being seated at a booth right beside the kitchen entrance. There was garbage strewn about the entrance to the kitchen and also all over the floor inside the kitchen. The staff seem to be oblivious to it as they just walk by it over and over. Hope the meal is alright.

Staff was not welcoming in the morning. Breakfast is above average; however, hot morning drinks were rather bland. Easy to park and place is tidy.

First time I went, I had a really good experience. Second time I went with my partner, we asked for the bill, gave her a $100 bill, and my partner asked her to give him back $50. Then the waitress went to the kitchen? Then took about 10-15 minutes to come back, and said "do you want your $50 back?" Um yea!!! Are you serious!? Of course we want our $50 back. It's like she took a long time on purpose so he would leave and she could steal the $50. Also my partner got food poisoning. I would give a description of the dumb girl but they all look the same. Young, brunette, skinny.
