The Old Spaghetti Factory, A Must Visit for EVERYONE!!!! This Restaurant was absolutely amazing, The Staff were Great in every aspect. The Food was Delicious, Hot and This restaurant I am going to Suggest to Everyone as it is has very inexpensive all included pricing on the menu. So not only do you get your soup or salad, bread, main course but you also get dessert and choice of coffee or tea.

We celebrated our son’s 10th birthday last night and the service could not have been better!! There were 23 of us, we had a group menu, lots of options and everyone had a great time. Food was good and we were treated very well. Jennifer (manager) was wonderful in accommodating us. THANK YOU!!

It has been 12 years since I last ate at the restaurant chain. Not much has changed. The bread 🍞 is a little bit smalleras are the portionsand there is no more an all-you-can-eat spaghetti night. However, the wait-staff at this location are on-the-ball, friendly, and work hard to earn tips. The prices are still reasonable and the food was good (except the not-so-fresh salad). Overall it was a good experience.

Amazing amazing amazing, place!! Really can't compliment them enough. Been coming here for as long as I can remember. Customer service is unparalleled. And the food is consistently delicious every single time. High quality ingredients, makes high quality taste. Helpings are generous. So everything is completely worth it. Highly recommend the Abbotsford location of Old Spaghetti Factory, over any restaurant.

We were seated quickly and got our sourdough bread and drinks. The included salad was fresh, and there is an option for soup instead of salad. The meals were delicious and it was topped off with complementary coffee and ice cream.

Went here for a date and it was fantastic our server was David, he was very attentive and friendly, very good the food was absolutely superb the atmosphere was great and The price of our dinner was great
The only negative point were it was not busy and we waited 10 mins to be seated but she was very friendly and accommodating
This will be our new date night first choice!
Highly recommend it!!!!!!

Consistent good food and service. Bathrooms could use more attention. Good value because it's all included: salad or soup, entree, dessert and coffee or tea. Couldn't ask for more

I have been going here every once in awhile over the past 8 years. What I have found is it has gone up and dowb however this last time was absolutely wonderful. The service was on par the food was fresh and tender and the courtesy for young children was much appreciated. I will be going back more often now.

Good value here, kids love it too. No complaint s, but don't expect fine dining and you shouldn't be disappointed.

The menu has improved and there are now some very good choices. They had a student special which took a lot of discussion to explain. If you are a student, you must bring your student ID. Our table was to small and they added another table to the end when requested. Coffee or tea was part of the meal but it was not offered. Everyone was happy with the food, the price was reasonable. This is not the only restaurant that does it but I am a slow eater. I actually taste my food and I am asked if I am "still working on it". No I am enjoying the taste of my dinner.

This can be a very busy place to get into around dinner time, there has been many times I've had to wait up to 1 HR to get a seat.i would recommend booking a reservation if it's around dinner time. I've found the staff to be very friendly and not at all pushy. This is a type of restaurant that couples would feel comfortable going to as well as families. They have a great selection of pastas to choose from as well as other items. The food has always come out fast and hot and always delisous.

Service was, as it usually is, very good, prompt, attentive, and accommodating.

As we have had food in the past that was only warm I took the usual precaution to alert the server to ensure it came hot which he did. The pasta on both plates however was not properly drained so the sauces etc became diluted and flavourless.

Staff compensated for this with an offer to bring new plates. Not having the time to wait for a reorder we declined. The manager met the problem with a discounted bill.

Aside from occasional low performance from the kitchen management here does everything well to ensure good customer relations are preserved. For that reason we'd rate Spaghetti Factory 8 out of 10 or better.
