  This receives four stars because it's a four star Chinese restaurant, not because it's a four-star restaurant overall. The portions are large and the prices are very reasonable. Service is variable but always polite and friendly. There's a good selection of the usual North American Chinese food here.

  Bring friends over in the restaurant. Bad services attitudes. Bucket rice is only 70% full. And just ok for two regular bowls. Foods are tast same. Not recommended to friends again. Food waiting more than 45mins to get on the table. Sorry it just not the old jasmine anymore

  I've picked up take out several times. Food always ready on time, tasty and no complaints. The lady answering phones and dealing with takeout orders is super friendly and very efficient.

  Great service, but the food was lame. Really good hot and sour soup though. Not a bad experience, but I don't think I'd eat here again.

  Can't believe this place has good reviews. Food tasted like it came from a bucket and was microwaved. Everything was soggy and lukewarm, definitely not fresh. The one star goes to the servers that were great. They did offer to make new dishes, but how do you fix microwaved food?

  The best food around. I live in maple ridge and I drive there every weekend for lunch. The staff is amazing and friendly the food is always fresh and the best tasting Chinese food anywhere. You won't be disappointed guaranteed
