Nice mall with excellent stores, but mall management refuses to CLEAN the BATHROOMS at regular intervals and it’s straight up disgusting. It’s easy to fix - Set up hourly bathroom checks that need to be signed off on by the cleaning staff that the bathroom is clean. Other malls don’t have this issue, just white oaks mall.
Who does love to shopping? If new and don't know where to shop in london. U recommend this place to u. Lots of shops to buy from and different variety of food, cloths, jewelry and so on
So many stores! You can't possibly walk out empty-handed because you couldn't find what you were looking for. Price ranges from low to whoa! Very clean but a smidge too warm, otherwise great.
White Oaks Mall is an icon and it has outlasted all the malls and is still going strong today and is the most popular Mall in London it has all the brand names and stores it's all on one floor and a very large Mall so enjoy
Accessibility is quite good here, some mall doors may have some issues for wider mobility devices. More walkways like the one from the street to Walmart and it will be even better. Need to work on accessible signage for those with visual impairments the addition of tactile signs would help immensely
This mall is great for deals. Usually lots of sales. The food court is good too! Good variety.
I was there today when I went to get a PAY FOR stroller credit card was accepted once but the stroller wasn't released so of course I tried again just to make sure it wasn't me and of course it wasn't. I went to the customer service desk where I was told there was sign posted to say they were out of order. When I explained there wasn't a sign, I was more less made to feel like a liar. I was given a 1800 number and dismissed. My husband asked her if that is was what they do for customers when they are at fault.
Well customer service desk lady, we left an hour later and there was STILL NO SIGN POSTED! How many people have these machines ripped off!?
The best mall in London! This mall has easy access, loads of parking, and every store to satisfy your needs. You should have no problem finding what you need here.
White Oaks mall is ever changing. The architecture itself is interestingly honeycombed, making it a fun place to explore. The staples are here of course, but you'll also find some interesting one off shops.
I love this mall simply because they usually have all the stores I need for a shopping trip. It can be tricky to navigate if you've never been here before because the layout is reminiscent of a honeycomb. However the information desk is just outside the food court and the staff is friendly. Whiteoaks also has an application with a digital map as well as information about the best deals in the mall at the time and job postings as well.
