When I first moved to London in 2007, White Oaks was the mall to go to. That has changed dramatically since then. Things got dramatically better when Cadillac Fairview started investing hard into it. The store selection rivals most of the Toronto and surrounding area malls (unless you're looking for the real upper class stores). When most of the department stores closed things were up in the air, but I believe the decision to add more mall space rather than try to fit another big store in was the right one. The new entertainment zone should be interesting Only store I can think of that I'd want added is a year round store that sells modern Western-style board games; London as a whole is severely lacking that, especially with Mind Games having closed in White Oaks. Parking is a nightmare at this mall but that's to be expected. A parking structure would go a long way if they could fit it somewhere.

Clean place with lots of good shops. Not good for gender neutral washrooms, as they only have a few family ones that always have a giant line up. It can get really busy on weekends or holidays though.

Always being renovated so new stores always coming. New restaurant and new shops where Sears used to be. Great variety of stores and prices are reasonable especially when they have sales.

The mall has been updated really nicely, it looks beautiful. Lots of great stores for little kids, and for young adults. Plus aroma coffee is delicious!

We went to Masonville to browse and walk about. We enjoy the atmosphere there, so we usually choose to go there. We found some great deals, so we picked up some new items. It's always a fun visit!

Came here to find a kettle and none of the stores sell kettles. That is quite surprising for a huge mall. Everything else seems to be there though. This place is also never busy.

It's calm place to have meal with your friends and family. Delicious food option and awesome dessert options. Ambition is pleasant and staff if welcoming and very generous.

Nice mall. Pretty big. Kept modern. Lots of variety in retail shops. Cinema attached. Parking can be tricky. Food court is average. Lots of big box stores around it too - which makes it a convenient destination.

So, I'm leaving downtown, heading out of town, and the last Timmy's is apparently here in Masonville Place. I park and enter. There is a kiosk with a map, yes, but it's obscure to my small brain. Maybe find a designer to help with your signage? I walked for a few minutes and found 42 places to buy women's stuff, but no coffee. Signage, maybe? Lots more? It can help to get a stranger to walk through your place, a stranger with a goal. It's a great test of how welcoming you seem.
