Love this place because it has a David's tea. It is also in a perpetual state of growing so there tends to be construction blocking some of the parking otherwise I would have given it 5 stars instead of 4. Good for families or teens. Has something for everyone.

Nice environment with great selection of big name stores with a healthy serving of niche stores.
Food court is medium sizer and cozy but has a fair number of restaurants to choose from.

Pickering Town Centre seems to be a shopping centre that's in transition/flux. It has some good stores, which genuinely deserve walk-in customers even if only window shopping.

The problem is that with Sears on its way out(forever) and a few empty stores You just can't help but think that it has more to offer. Honestly, if the property management offered much be rates to its tenants it would reap the benefits in more regular monthly payments; and the stores would be able to offer even better deals.

Is it worth shopping there? Yes! Should they have more affordable stores? Absolutely! Just don't hold it against the existing stores. They're giving the best deals that you can ask from them.

Pickering Town Center has definitely come a far way from what it used to be,
The mall is aesthetically appealing with a wide variety of stores,
really impressed with the overall transformation!
Usually moderate traffic throughout the mall.
    Would definitely recommend a visit!

Hands down the best mall in the east! Huge shopping center with plenty of shops to suit everyone's needs. The crowds are friendly and polite and the corridors are large and easy to navigate. The parking lot can get a little hectic at times, especially with the construction going on at the south west side of the mall.
The food court could use an update but still the best mall in my area. Would go here before I went to Scarborough Town Centre which is a dump.

There are always problems in this mall. Almost all malls been getting renovated and nothing gets done here. Needs more popular stores and a new look. I only like the selection of food in the food court although it can look nicer, and also how nice the customer service for the mall are (they are always so nice when i go top up my presto card, or ask for directions to stores)

Bank, brands and an entire basement floor of food court! Nice shops, crowded mall and very very well lit!
A nice place to stroll in town if you're a mall person

Good location in Pickering right at Liverpool and 401 area. Right now, the mall is under major renovations, and a few stores have shut down in this mall. They added a Saks Fifth Avenue recently, but it is not like the one at The Eaton Centre. It's a cheap and dummy downed version, and feels like a discount shop with tacky lighting. They should of just kept Target there. Best store in the mall is The Bay, and Saks is no competition to it. The Bay has far better selection of items , and way better customer service.

Nice mall for the area. They keep it well maintained and clean. This isn't a destination mall in terms of anchor stores but has a good selection of the staple shops. For this reason check their Web site to make sure they have the store you are looking for
