Went for poutine, was pleased with the amount they serve. However they ran out of the chicken fingers that they use for the buffalo chicken poutine. After waiting about 20 minutes after ordering we are told this and was asked if it was ok to use just normal chicken breast. Wasn't the same, but still somewhat decent.

Our stay at Wheatland was pleasent. We were on the third floor in a cozy suite, although small. The room was clean, beds were sharply made, and everything needed for showering and morning was available. Free TV and wifi helps to unwind after a long day. The room we did find a bit on the warm side as the a/c wasn't too strong, but still a pleasent stay for a very fair price! Perfect place for a clean comfortable pitstop on your journeys.

Rooms smelt and a little leary. But restaurant hands down amazing!! Food is great and staff are hard working. Don't leave hungry eatting there!

Yes, the price was decent however we couldn't sleep due to the air condition noise. The shower was making a very awful noise.
They have a shot of employee as a matter fact one person running the launch and the front desk at the same time.

Refused to clean my room or bring me towels and bothered me despite a do not disturb sign on the door. I will be coming back k next week for three weeks but no way I will stay here. When I called to complain I was still waiting for towels the lady answered after 100 rings and hung up on me when I complained I was still waiting for towels some 45 minutes later. I went downstairs to ask and the woman told me "I am not your servant" and still refused to give me towels and then told me to shut up. When I told her to shut up back she called the manager to ask me to leave and I asked for a refund for the next two nights they refused to give me one. I called the cops since I didn't want to be robbed of $150. They told the cop I could stay and the cop made them reluctantly agree to clean my room and give me towels. They half made the bed and had turned the air conditioning onto max so my room would be freezing when I got home. The next morning they made a tonne of noise running around in the halls at 7am and parked a car outside my window and kept pressing the button to trigger the alarm. I'm out of town visiting my mom who is very ill from cancer in the hospital. This behaviour is beyond disgusting. In addition they knock on the door despite the do not disturb sign and my room key hasn't worked 3 out of 3 nights I stayed here. I'd rather get my money back and stay somewhere else. I don't feel comfortable here and there's no hospitality amongst the hotel staff .
