Really clean hotel, rooms are very nice. Large bed, very comfortable. The wifi is super fast, excellent and is free. Nice swimming pool and hot tub, but I don't like the location of it (in the lobby). Decent fitness center with treadmills, dumbbells of all weights, a few bodybuilding machines, I didn't like the fact that TV in the rooms can a money display movies that need to be bought. We can't watch the regular channels. The restaurant is ok. The place is good looking but my burger was tasteless. Except for that, my experience at this hotel was great.

Convenient location right across from the airport. Recommend for anyone who has early morning flight the next day. Clean room and great hotel staff.

It's very convenient that the hotel is right across from the airport. The service is great there and the lounge restaurant has nice options as well. I haven't experienced much cleanliness issues with the room. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

WOW! Excellent customer service. Decided to stay here with our group the night before taking off to Cuba on an early flight. My sister informed the front desk that we were leaving to their destination wedding and they upgraded them to a suite on the same floor as the rest of them. Shortly after check in, they surprised the happy couple with champagne and treats. What an unexpected and generous gift to set the mood for a perfect vacation. Thank you Delta! We'll be staying with you soon.

First off my company was paying for the room and told me they could charge a credit card over the phone. When we arrived however, this was not the case. Luckily my coworker brought the company credit card so that was taken care of.

The room was spacious calling it a "deluxe" room with a king sized bed, yet everything was fairly outdated, there is a strange small steel door to the bathroom, which the shower head and bathtub need an upgrade very soon. The heading system looks like it's out of the 80's, but otherwise the room was clean and our staff was acceptable. But considering without our group rate they charge $185/night for this room is ridiculous, it's understandable when everything is modern and nicely updated but that is certainly not worth the money.
