We needed a rental forklift, in a hurry , as we had freight arrive at our warehouse we could not move with our existing equipment. Jelisa was absolutely fantastic. She worked through what we had, what they had for options and within hrs of first talking the right machine was on my dock moving the freight. Very impressive.

Mike was very helpful when I needed a seat for our forklift. He lent me a loaner and was not anxious to get it back right away.
