this has been one of my best experiences with a company in many years, very professional, on time, clean and quick .. I really appreciated the respect I received and the quality of their work and the effortlessness of getting this done . I could sit back with confidence and know the job was being done right down to the help with paperwork. That alone took a lot of stress off me. Now I know I do not have to worry about another back up had one years ago never again. Thank you so very much all of you I appreciate how things were taken care of.

We used Pro Drain Techs for a leaking cast iron sanitary line in our basement. Initially, we hired another contractor but they misdiagnosed our issue. After being extra vigilant in hiring our second contractor to find a solution, we found that Ryan was great and went the extra mile to make us comfortable in hiring Pro Drain Techs to complete the required work (drain burst and cast iron pipe replacement). All of the work was done efficiently and at a reasonable cost, the crew was great to have around, and most of all, the leak seems to be solved.

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with. The 2 gentlemen who came to the house were very professional and had amazing equipment. After less than 45 minutes they knew what was wrong (a broken pipe) and gave us very informative information and options. Wish we had used this company before this. THANKS AGAIN

I have been noticing my drains and toilets are much slower and that has happened before just before a sewer back up so I searched for someone to snake the line and found Pro Drain their website told me all the things I needed to know to feel confident to call them .. I am so happy I did no more worries I know what I am dealing with and what I need to do. Jared and Carter were very polite and rapidly got to work and gave me peace of mind. I so appreciate Linette for helping me schedule a time that worked for me and was very pleasant to talk with. I highly recommend anyone to call this company you will not be disappointed. Would recommend Pro Drain in a heartbeat. They replaced our sewer line between the main and the house, and it was a totally seamless process. From the initial assessment and quote through to the finishing stages, Pro Drain were professional, courteous, and communicated with us through the whole process. They also seemed really knowledgeable and got the work done quickly, leaving our basement in better condition than they found it. Overall we were really impressed, and it didn't hurt that their price beat other quotes we got. Thanks Ryan, Danny, Rod, and team!
