I ordered for the first time and had a great experience, after a mixup on delivery (understandable with the craziness of COVID) they went out of their way to not only correct my order but gave an extra gift for the trouble. I spoke with Stacy on the phone and she was a huge help and reassured me all things would be taken care of. Overall I had a great experience, I would order from them again and would definitely recommend. 10/10 service and super quick

When I use WeedMonkey (which is all the time now) the customer service and product quality is second to none! Always polite and helpful. Very good experience, everytime!! Thanks guy!!

First time customer here. I had gotten the cartridges by mistake. With one phone call they quickly fixed the problem. I received the correct order. They were friendly with great service. I will definitely buy from here again.

Every single time I order from these guys they’re always super professional, always reply in a timely fashion and their customer service is amazing. No cap, this is the only spot i cop my carts from and they never ever let me down on quality or quantity. I haven’t tried their bud yet, but i’ve heard it’s pretty good as well,
