  Sufyan Minhas helped me purchase my first property and the experience was amazing! He was very patient with me while educating with me on the purchasing process as it was my first time. He was extremely transparent in his communication and connected with me frequently to provide updates. I further used his services to help me find tenants as well.   Sufyan Minhas and his real estate teams are the best he helped my wife to buy the first place in Canada with such ease, even I haven't met him personally but my family was really impressed with his professionalism, so thank you, brother, for all your support and hard work you have done and helped my family to settle down in their new home and they are so happy.

  Sufyan Minhas and his team helped us find our first home in Milton. It was very difficult and confusing to looking at our self and online we don't know where to start! As first time home buyers, we were looking for guidance and direction in addition to making sure all of our needs were met. Sufyan Minhas and his team helped us and make this process so smooth, the whole team was very responsive, and Sufyan has great negotiation skills which he showed at the time of when we were at negotiating on the table face to face and he got us the best price and I was very impressed they whey he handle and controlling the whole situation very professional with a big smile on his face, on the other hand, I was very nervous :-).
  
  Sufyan Always optimistic and when we interviewing him and ask him why we choose you? and his simple answer was I am here to WIN you for lifetime client and "I CHANGE PEOPLES LIFE" and surely did. We were very happy and we are very good friends now.
