The most smelly building that I have ever seen. The small in the hall is discusting especially during the evenings because there is no ventilation in the kitchens at all and you can smell mixed meals from all apartments ! The ventilation in the washroom does not work properly and smell of the cigarettes from different apartments is so strong, that I can no walk in so I had to cover the ventilation in the bathroom as a results I have no ventilation in the whole apartment! The owner did not put any effort to resolve the issue. She did not replied on my messages , futhermore when I called her she ended the conversation saying that she is to busy to talk! I have ordered an investigation for this building.
