I canceled my service 9 months ago. I continue to be billed. I have called and emailed dozens of times and sent registered letters. I am always ignored. Please remove bins and leave me alone.

Update: Hello I've emailed you as instructed and it's been another week and still no reply. The landlord is saying he will remove the bins at my expense if they aren't gone soon.

Kept raising the prices even though they told me they wouldn’t after I sign the contract, I signed the contract and the prices kept going up. Tried to cancel and they told me I have to pay almost a grand. Not satisfied with the service. Would not this company to anyone
