Flawless workmanship and service!

We started our underpinning project a few days before the COVID lockdown, and, because it was a continuing project, the team was able to keep working without a hitch. Even under emergency circumstances, the staff continued to be: professional, personable, prompt, respectful, reliable, clean, and neat. We were lucky enough to have the company renovate the space they dug out, which is now gorgeous! They even corrected imperfections without us having to ask. Once, after our master-craftsman Lino finished touching up our concrete front steps, I witnessed him walk across the street to patch the steps to an elderly lady's house.

They will treat you, and your neighbors, like family!

Going to be careful with my words since they are disputing my review on other sites. I've sent in invoices and receipts as he is disputing he even did the work to begin with.
The work Dion and his crew did was subpar and when we questioned him on his project he kept telling us what we wanted to hear.
After spending $50K on backyard reno including-
french drains
re-leveling and install of patio stones
pergola install

Our backyard has broken tiles and has sunken in many places. The stones have chipped and lifted.
Our neighbours fence has bowed under the pressure of his poorly-thought out design, a fence can't support the weight of the crush his team layed down.
Our backdoor now pools with water and has a puddle during each rainstorm.
The only thing that hasn't fallen apart is the pergola.

We emailed, we phoned, we tried again and again to get his team to own up and fix the work. For years! Buyer beware. We wished we had a better outcome, it looked great for about 6 months, but after the first winter, none of the work (or promises) have held up.

Used Rock Bottom Underpinning in terms of project management role for a project they were doing underpinning on. They were very easy to communicate with and very accessible on the phone and answered every question I had for me to do my engineering plumbing drawings.
