  Very impressed with quality of service and of products. Amazing shipping time given the circumstances and the Christmas season. Received all of my order in perfect condition it was obvious that a great deal of time and care was dedicated to the shipping of my items very organized and neat looking really appreciate that touch! Overall great first experience and I have and I will reorder!

  THE BEST Supplier - Hands down! Fast shipping & amazing selection of eco-friendly products. Organic, unrefined, fair trade & vegan options. Fair pricing and great bulk discounts. Our business has been using New Directions for two years and we will never switch to another company. The only thing that would make these guys better is using less plastic in their shipping :)

  Excellent service, pricing and products over the years I have dealt with this company. I had a small issue with a UPS delivery today, which was quickly addressed by Sue in the office. A short while later, I got my package, and am so impressed by their helpful attitude.

  I Love this company! they are my main suppliers for my business. I get my orders relatively quickly and I have not had any issues with their products thus far. They are also priced affordably and are high quality.

  I have been using New Directions products for many years in my small massage business. Carrier oils, essential oils, butters are used daily professionally, and now and again, a clay mask treat for myself. The website is easy to navigate, the buying process is simple, the time of delivery is perfect, the prices are phenomenal, the quality of the product is 5⭐. I support this company because they are Canadian and source ethical, quality items. I have never had an issue or concern in the 15+ years I have been a customer. In times of people usually looking for fast and cheap and a big corporate name, I chose and highly encourage using Canadian ethical businesses. Thank you ND. 🌷
