Have been waiting in line for an hour. Watching the vehicles coming out has taken 15-20 minutes to process. Now they indicated the computer crashed..

I’ve gone here many times over the years, sure there is a line up some days but that’s to be expected when people are unloading vehicles full of junk by hand.. crazy I know! The wait has always been minimal and reasonable and the price is fair. I do agree it would be nice if either one day during the week or on the weekend ( or even once every 2 weeks) there were extended hours for people to do a run after work.

Site says they close at 4pm and i show up at 3:20 and they have a closed sign on the gate not the first time this has happened to me. next time I'm just finding a random dumpster. I've made 6 trips there now and have been annoyed as hell by them every time and will never go back.

We are on an on-call collection schedule and they are always able to pick it up the day after I call! Waste and recycling. Very friendly service on the phone whenever you call!

It's never actually opened when it says it is.
The last 3 times I've gone in a Saturday. Doesn't matter what time. They make their own hours up.response / report this review
