I called them to cancel bin service at my dads warehouse due to his illness as he was closing the warehouse. They first accepted it over the phone and said it would be closed. Bin wasn't picked up at the end and the account manager wants us to sign an affidavit for 90 days for false charges after the closure. They had the old copy dated year 2012 but they were billing us over charges that wasn't in the contract. Now they won't take the bin away till we are forced to sign the affidavit to pay for the 90 days services which we aren't going to use. I want to let everyone know that be very cautious when using the waste management bin services. I have launched complaint . if anyone can help me in this matter please email me

I've actually used Bagster 3 previous times because of their convenience and speedy collection. On the day of collection, I arrived home to find the bag still in the driveway! Apparently 'the bag could not be reached' . Despite there never being a problem before and I've had 3 previous collections from the EXACT SAME SPOT!. So I was charged $100 for the driver not picking up the bag and an extra $189 for another scheduled collection and on top of the $45 for the bag its now cost me over $300. Not to mention the heart attack I almost had trying to drag the full bag closer to the curb. Save your Time, Money and Energy and go with option B.

Sub-standard and almost definitely negligent in environmental impact studies. I have been living with an industrial sized dumpster with rotting residential waste in front of my home the entire time that the City of Toronto has been constructing a rec-centre in what used to be a roller rink at 261 Jarvis St. This is NOT someone I would recommend for any serious environmental or restoration work. Obvious corners are cut way too much.
