Told the doctor what was wrong with my nose and because of what happened he immediately judged me didn't look me in the eye just looks at his computer screen doesn't even look in my nose asks my what I think is wrong and writes me some random prescription. Great Canadian health care at its finest this is what I pay MSP for?! Don't go here insincere judgmental doctors. How can you comfortably give me a prescription just by taking my word for it why can't you at least look at my nose or look at me while I talk? Can't believe my experience. I'm livid. Don't see Dr.Datnonye Douglas. Joke of a doctor careless selfish judgmental man. I ask for a doctors help because of my problem and he couldn't even look at me while I spoke to him just started at his screen and said 'what do you want me to do abiut it' I will be reporting him.
Just sent a complaint to the College of Physicians and surgeons of BC to prevent this from happening to anyone else. Now I need to go see a doctor that cares because I don't trust this man.response / report this review -

I waited 2.5 hours after I was told that the wait time was 45 minutes. I understand that wait times may be estimated, but being that far off is ridiculous. Receptionist was not helpful or friendly. Would not recommend

I waited four hours to see a doctor after being told it would only take 45 mins. Anyone with a screaming kid got in before me. So next time I will bring my grandson and give him a chocolate bar and get him to run around and scream because being quiet and waiting doesn't pay off

We are supposed to have a family Doctor there, in the past 3 months each time we make an appointment we get a call telling us the appointment has be cancelled. My husband had one of his appointments cancelled 3 times. I feel sorry for the girls up front, they are the ones that take the brunt of it from patients. I even booked a day off work for an appointment only to have it cancelled 3 hours before. I was lucky that day to be able to be seen by another doctor.

Terrible unprofessional receptionists. When I walked in the receptionists just looked at me without greeting or anything. I was in a car accident and needed a body check for ICBC claim. She told me they don't have a doctor specializes in that today and did not tell me when the doctor will be available. After I asked if they have a doctor for icbc claims at all and when the doctor will be available if they have one TWICE, another receptionist asked me to come back between 9 and 1 the next day. No greeting. No smile. It makes me so uncomfortable and feel unwelcome. I will definitely not go to this clinic again.

This is clinic is great; they have been very helpful as I have had to have routine visits since March. As with all clinics that support walk ins, there is sometimes a wait due to high demand, which is to be expected and not the fault of the staff. The women at the front are very friendly and welcoming and run the office well. Unfortunately, I have witnessed them often being verbally abused and yelled at by patients, who do not understand that at a walk with such high volume, waits are to be expected. I would recommend this clinic for service and care.

I have been to this Clinic several times, I'm older and have been to many Clinic's in my time. I have to say not only the Doctors that I see at this Clinic take their time and make me feel valued. The Front end Staff are AMAZING! They have called me at home to schedule appointments for me answered my questions and always made me feel welcome into the office. I understand that at times you have to wait to get into a walk in clinic, that is why I get up early and sit and wait and make sure I'm one of the first few that get an appointment. Thank you Ladies for all you do and putting up with some of us that are sick and miserable when we come into visit you. I LOVE VIVA CARE MEDICAL CLINIC at High Street Mall!

Cost me 125$ for them to fill out a form where they checked my hearing and blood pressure. 50$ more expensive than a nearby clinic. Definitely should have done my research

Walk-in clinic that does not return phone calls of any kind. Does not return calls promptly. Nickel and dimes you. Avoid this clinic if you are able to do so.

My doctors is at this office. I moved to this office when my doctor moved there. I called today to get an appointment, I was told my doctor had no appointments until Monday. I said ok I will just come into the walk in clinic tomorrow. The receptionist informed me to go to another walk in clinic. What company tells people to go to another company. I really like my doctor but this place is really going down hill fast.

I've always be fairly happy with viva care. But quite frankly the receptionist are not good at there jobs. Very unprofessional even. One day I sat in a completely empty office for a half hour as doctors would walk by my room and not even acknowledge me. When I asked the receptionist what the deal was she said "oh, I don't know. A doctor should have seen you awhile ago" also unaware of where the doctors where so I left. Came back the next day and after hours of waiting simply asking "are the doctors on there lunch break" (since no one was coming or going at this point) the receptionist began to yell at my mother and I. We still stayed and got into see a doctor after another hour and a half wait. I will not be going there again. Ever! I use to suggest the place to friends and even strangers but I will not be doing that every again either. Very poor staff!!!

Checked online - said open until 7pm. Went there at 5pm & they were closed. Asked pharmacy next door & they said "they met their quota & closed up at noon" ummmm MET THEIR QUOTA??? Thought this was a doctors office ..
