I have had great customer service at the Langley location. Whenever I have asked for assistance, they have helped me out right away. Great place to shop in my opinion.

Ridiculously bad service. My wife and I went in to look at purchasing a couch. No one approached us, staff would make eye contact with me then walk away. I took the couch info to the front desk and asked for help. Apparently they only have one staff member that has a password to login to order furniture. That person was helping another customer with beds and couldnt come up to help us.
Poor customer service. Lack of staff. No wonder the Bays sub companies are also going under.response / report this review -

Been to this location a few time. They can really spend some time in improving their customer service. Our last visit the representative was playing with her and we had to wait for her to finish so she can help us. The store it self has a lot of good things.
