  Friendly, kind new staff. had a service appointment and it was a great experience. Technicians were very kind and punctual. Would totally call back for future service.

  I'm totally done with this place! The man who runs this place talks to you as if you are a naughty puppy disturbing his nap. He is no help with spa water maintenance, and covers his ignorance with crankiness. He has no service personnel to help you if your hot tub needs repair. For that kind of help you need to go to Twilight Spas on Oak St.

  Horrible, horrible service experience. Refuse to buy my hot tub chemicals here anymore. Very incompetent owner. Stay far away.
