This is my go to garage for my 09 Corolla. I always had excellent repairs done to my car. Twice my car was about to break down (starter let go & and another time was the clutch pedal) and the service always offered me a quick appointment to assist me.

They had the car we were looking for (extremely hard to find with the supply chain issues - we called 15 other dealerships)
When we got there, we were told there were "extra features" on order that we would have to buy, even though *none of them were installed yet*.
Because we needed the car, we negotiated to keep 3 items that could be useful to us, which they accepted.
We sat down, made the calculations for leasing etc., all seemed on track to go ahead with the sale.
Then the salesman sneakily included an extended warranty in the price. We said no, we don't need that thanks.
He had to validate with the manager again (4th visit to his office over 1.5 hours).
The response was: because we had also declined their *still uninstalled* extra features, they WOULD NOT sell us the car without the extended warranty.
We walked.
Can't do business with sleazebags.

Would recommend to any Toyota owner. The staff is friendly, the waiting area is large and peaceful and they offer free WIFI.

They completed the repairs rapidly and explained the next steps.

Ive had good luck with the parts department here but the service department has been well below what I expect from Toyota. Paid for a wheel balance on my oem tires and rims, got it back and tires were still shaking. They forgot to replace the engine cover and it was rattling around loose under the hood and finally was twice charged for a fluid top up. Checked the fluids and they were at the same level as when I dropped it off. Talked to service and they said its “a standard charge whether we fill it or not” unfortunately not the kind of service I want when I take my vehicles back to the dealer. I don’t like having to make sure what I paid for was actually done.
