We recently took possession of our home and hadn’t had an inspection before the purchase, like many in the current Market. After a few signs of issues, we looked up Inspec-Pro and contacted them at the end of the week and were able to schedule an appointment over the weekend to have them in the following Monday. Quick and easy to schedule with them.

This is the first time I’ve had someone do an inspection, my husband has gone through a few. We were extremely surprised at how thorough Shaun was. And not only verifying everything but also taking the time to explain everything in detail. He provided us with a lot of information as well as ways to address the issues and tips on how to prevent future problems. Shaun was very polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable.

The inspection was received within 24 hrs! It was very detailed and complete with descriptions and pictures as well as recommendations. We will definitely recommend them to our family and friends who are looking for a quality inspection and would call them again for any future needs we have. Thank you!

I highly recommend this company for your home inspection. Couldn't be more thorough, informative and helpful. We spent over two hours going through the house and every detail was explained and all my questions answered. The report is incredibly detailed and comprehensive and came in 24 hrs after the inspection. Cannot recommend them enough! Thank you!

We were, and still are, very pleased with the home inspection that Shaun provided for us. Being first time home buyers we were extremely lucky to find someone like Shaun. In short, he was professional, punctual and he took his time to make sure we understood each aspect of his inspection. It has been 2+ months since moving into our home and nothing outside of his inspection has come up. We were able to plan and budget, with accuracy, the repairs that needed to be completed immediately and long-term, which has helped a lot. We can confidently recommend his services to first time and experienced home buyers.

Extremely knowledgeable. Was able to explain to us in great detail the ins and outs of a home inspection, and what we should be looking for in a home inspection. A true professional! Would definitely recommend Inspec-pro!
