  Finding a genuine team for construction is very hard these days. I have heard from many of my friends that people in the construction industry take the money and then don't show up. We were scared as we don't want to come through similar situations.
  
  But luckily one of our friends suggested Townhill constructions.
  Townhill team constructed our friend's basement. We were impressed with the work they did at our friend's house, and the part that attracted us was their commitment; they gave us papers where they mentioned the start date and finish date. If work gets delayed from the finish date, they will pay you money for each day.
  
  We hired them for our legal basement, we never faced any issues with them; all of our friends were surprised to see our basement. We had small renovations for our house, which they did for us at a great price.
  
  I will recommend townhill for their professionalism, excellent services, and great work.
  
  I must say that anyone can trust them blindly. They will go beyond their ways to help their clients. Moreover, they have licensed persons for each task.

  The team at Townhill transformed my unfinished basement to an amazing two bedroom legal separate dwelling unit. The entire team was highly professional from start to finish. They were transparent, honest and organized, from the initial estimate stage to additions I incorporated during construction. Highly recommend the team for anyone looking to create their dream space!

  We had a great experience working with this company. They completed our basement renovation and we couldn’t be any happier with the final result. They were very professional, accommodating, and completed the renovation in a timely fashion. We absolutely recommend this team and would definitely work with them in the future.

  Townhill construction built my basement in 2021. They have done excellent work. Lot of friend who saw my basement praised the quality of work. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for basement renovation or build new basement. The workers were punctual, and respectful. The experience was seamless from start to finish.

  The team at Townhill is extremely professional and take time to understand the lifestyle of their clients in order to customize the proposal.
  
  A enthusiastic bunch who thrives on excellence and timeliness. The commit and they deliver and what makes them unique is their approach to communication - they keep their clients informed at all times of all things, including potential delays or issues faced in supply in day to day basis. Despite that, they deliver projects within the committed time.
  
  We got our basement constructed from them and together we created magic. They consulted with us at each step of our needs and feedback and we in turn values their suggestions.
  
  The tradesmen they bring in are equally dedicated and very easy to be around. They know their work - keep a clean ambience and work with minimal invasion to personal space.
  
  We as a family recommend them to anyone who wants to have any construction or upgrades done at their home.
